Baseball Cards

As tournament giveaways, we have designed and assembled team "baseball cards".  Our graphics images are printed commercially as 4x6 photo prints, glued back-to-back with photo spray glue, rolled flat with a hard rubber roller, dried and sliced into halves with a paper cutter.  Use plenty of ventilation (for the glue, we used 3M Photo Mount Spray Adhesive) and plenty of newspaper (for the excess glue spray).  4x6 photos can be printed for 13 cents each in quantities over 100 at Costco, and each two yield two cards.
